No PvP missions under "available"

Problem:
Ever since I touched level 50 I've neither had Tutorial PvP missions nor the PvP missions itself under my "Available"'s tab. I even went to the K-7 station to speak to NPC to give those missions but they don't offer it to me.

I then asked my friend to share the mission with me so we could PvP, and when we were done with our 3 rounds, it didn't give me any dilithiums.

I want this fixed ASAP please.

    If you want this fixed ASAP, you should be posting this on the PWE Tech Support Forum... http://techsupport.perfectworld.com/

    as this Forum is only for 'Peer to Peer' support...

    The PC and Tehnical issues forum is a peer to peer support forum, but this is the appropriate location to post gameplay bugs as our QA team is watching and looking at threads made and updated here.

    captainwestbrook, regarding the issue you are having, have you completed the tutorial missions that the contact has on K7 for you? Once you do that, you should be able to speak with them and receive access to other missions.

    That is the problem. No contact is offering me tutorial missions, that's what I stated in my first post.

    I take it even the topguns here on STO don't have a solution for this aye? If so please say so rather than make me check my thread everyday with a failure to respond to it.

    So.. I decided to level up ANOTHER character and even failed to get PvP tutorials on that one. I was about to report it here when a kind person; " Seven@Temprus" on the Channel of TTS explained me that you take the "Neutral Zone Diplomacy" quest from Quinn, report to Wildman; and that sets up any account for PvP.

    I sent a ticket concerning this situation, they failed miserably and said to "ask your friends" and report this bug here.

    No one from the Q&A team helped me to get my answer as well, pushed back my thread to 5th page.

    I'm disappointed with the basic services. I've decided to desubscribe from my subscription due to these major lack of services. Why should I subscribe just to have a normal player help me out?

    Thanks for letting me put my thread up here I suppose. This can be locked now.

    I have "Pacify Enemy Leaders" but not "Keeping your enemies at Bay" on my latest toon. Have some missions been discontinued?

    Ticket filed today. In the past I've NEVER had a response to my tickets. Let's hope this one will be the first...

    EDIT - On my old toons I have Keep your enemies at bay but not Pacify enemy leaders. Wtf?
