    sound like broken stuff accumulates faster than Cryptic can fix it. I though the broken fleet shield were a problem until I saw this doff. Seriously guys, what's happening to you to release so stupid things?

    EDIT: Yes; it's very unfortunate and obviously not working as designed. I let the team know about it and hope to have a fix in ASAP. Now I'm moving this to the bugs section ;) -Brandon
