Bug with O. Marks

Ground PVE with the Khitomer in Stasis is not giving me my Omega marks after I complete the mission. It has happened to me two or three times already. Is this a bug or am I missing something when I am doing the borg mission?

    I would pick it up but it never gives it to me.
