    Map Manager here down too...Exit from the Station at the Mission "The Vault" not possible...Funny

    same here, was playing, noticed that mail, exchange & dilithium exchange are down. wanted to change Character and now map manager error :(

    I can't login because of the client can't find the maps. Where are they?

    Chat system is down, can't transfer out of or into maps, and before chat went down, the Dil Exchange and the regular Exchange froze up and became unresponsive.

    I was in the middle of doing my races, change characters, boom cannot get back in.

    Yep. Was doing a mission, took out all the enemy ships in space, then was time to beam down to surface, and got a message about the map manager? Couldn't even warp back out of mission. Some kind of official word or update would be appreciated please! :)

    It was global, I think.

    My guildmates and I were chatting on the starbase and the chat went offline. So we started hopping around. Then a few of us (including myself) logged out/in again to try to see if that helped. Map manager error!

    A server cluster probably went down.

    Yeah, that just happened to me too. People in California have been reporting connection problems. I'm in New York though, it's either the server or the connection the server is using.

    Same here, happened around 10:25PM EST also. I was switching characters and now I can't get back on.

    errors started about 15 mins ago while playing, couldn't change zones because of same error.
    couldn't match team level because the team server was down apparently.

    got stuck at a never ending loadscreen, reloaded the game, got the same error as you elchup47.

    it's the server. someone probably broke an RJ45 connector :-P
    either way, hoping they will fix it soon.

    it is not just the exchange, the mail is down, can't beam out, chat is down, can't do anything, almost like the shard is down, crashed, but no one knows it, and the game has not caught up yet. and since there was a patch last night, and this happens today, hmmmm, interesting

    confirmed... I got map issue when trying to leave the ensnared mission... then couldn't switch to any toon.
