Complete inability to shoot.

Is there a reason that I haven't been able to shoot a weapon or swing a bat'leth since Season 7 launched?
I push the button... it coolsdown... My char picks up his weapon... aims... aaaaaaaand nothing happens.
I can use kit abilities just fine. I can resurrect and recalibrate just fine.
I've tried remapping the hotkeys and switching between RPG and Shooter modes. Tried remapping the hottray.... removing everything from the hottray and starting over. Tried reequipping my gear.
Anyone with insight? I mean, I hate ground combat, but the rare time when I'm asked to help out on a ground mission... I'd like to be able to fire my weapon.
