Episode reward shields bugged?

I just finished doing the episode The Other Side (Cardassian Struggle) on one of my secondary characters. One of the rewards was the Covariant Shield Array mk x [cap]x2. The specs for this shield before doing the mission, AND upon finishing the mission were presented as Max capacity 6800, 130 regen.

After I received the shield and was about to equip it the specs however have dropped to 2722 max, 52 regen.

This is not the first time I've noticed that a reward shields has lover specs AFTER picking it up than BEFORE.

Anyone else out there with this issue? I'm curious to find out if this is an actual bug or if it's just me that's bugged.

And again, with the episode Cold Storage (Breen Invasion).

Dielectric Oscillation Resilient Shields After completing the mission, but before accepting the reward, and AFTER picking them up. That's a 60% drop of the max cap.

And to make matters worse, I just noticed that ALL the very rare mk x, mk xi and mk xii shield on the exchange show a max cap of between 1500 and 2500.

What you saw at first is the 'base' stats. After when it's on your ship/etc, it will be modified by your skills as well as your ship modifier (i.e. same shield will give different stats on different ships with different captains). Could that be it?

Try putting that shield in your inventory, then while you're on the ground somewhere, 'tooltip' it again.

I'm having an even bigger bug with the Dielectric shield: it's saying I already have it (I don't) and that my inventory is full (it's not). It's apparently in my overflow bag, which won't open. GM ticket submitted and hoping for the best...
