Embassy: Romulan Bridge Officer Traits not working

I have did some testing with the new romulan bridge officers from the embassy and noticed that their unique space traits don't work. They don't add the cooldownreduction and damagebonus to cloaks and the critical hit bonus doesn't work either. I have spent a fortune on them, so I hope this is fixed soon :(

    I confirm this problem. Both of my romulan boffs with the two spacetraits arnt working.
