History of New Romulus bugged logs : A thread to regroup them all

As there are a several logs of "History of New Romulus" that are bugged, ie displaying "HISTORY TEXT GOES HERE" instead of the actual text, I find it more logical and useful to regroup them here instead of creating a new thread each time.
