Fleet Module Question

Hello,

I was reading up on the Fleet Module and noticed that if you already one a specific c-store ship and want the fleet version it only costs 1 fleet module. My question is, does this also apply to non-c-store ships like the RSV? I have and use the normal one with a comet skin and wanted to get the fleet version of the RSV. It's currently requiring 4 according to the shipyard.

If I remember right it only applies to the C-store ships. But I could be wrong.
