Requisition : Scorpion Hangar Pet (Rare / Blue)

Been having problems with this Romulan Reputation Tier I equipment reward.
First I found that I (a Lvl 50 Tactual character) was unable to purchase from either the exchange or the zen store and recieved one from a online friend.
Then I was unable to place it into the proper area for the reward.
I have sent in at least one ingame ticket without hearing back.
So I am writting here hoping that this will get noticed by somone quicker.

This is a Hangar item, it is absolutely useless to anyone who does not own a carrier-class ship.

This isn't the same as the consumable item from the Romulan missions.

so from what you are saying, I am simply stuck with something I cannot use and will not be able to finish because I do not have a carrier in my group of ships. Well that kinda sucks

Unfortunately, yes.

But if you can get your hands/claws/appendages on even the Recluse, you will gain access to the shop and can then use the Scorpion.
