Jouret system in new romulan sector block, broken

There is a patrol mission in the jouret system of the new romulan sector block.

after you fix the satellites, some enemy ships should spawn, but nothing happens. ive played this mission 2 or 3 times before the patch and worked fine.

I encountered the same thing, submitted bug report too. The enemy ships don't show up after repairing the satellites, I still got the "Repel Enemy Ships," but alas, no enemy ships to repel

I'm having the same issue right now, a year and a half after the initial post. Awesome.

If it isn't working now, then it's a recurrence, since it's worked for me multiple times in the past few months. I'm not saying that that couldn't happen, as formerly broken things that were fixed do sometimes get broken again, just that it hasn't been broken the whole time since the initial post.
