Yes i agree, and now that i have completed the adapted mcao uniform project.....the ONLY project made avaialable to me, it won't even let me pick that uniform from the tailor either. Wow 3k dilithium down the drain!!!!

Well, I have some issues with MACO Elite Commander accolade. I have the required accolades, but it's not completing. One of the required accolades is the MK XII MACO gear, which I got before the rep system. So I guess that's the issue. I really really don't want to grind through another set of gear, especially since I already have it. I hope this can be fixed.
Maco Elite Commander & Omega Force Shadow Operative. I have 2 other accolades unfinished. Well 1 other. Vorn distinguished which is 5 or so away from being finished. Then there's the puzzling one.. Maco Veteran. I have the title. But there's still an "unfinished" accolade - even tho all of the check marks are checked.
I have all the costume options unlocked though.
Would it pointless to make a ticket? Even if I were gold / silver?

If the projects are available than odds are yours' is not bugged!!!
Aside from the Maco Team Specialist, and Vorn Distinguished Service Medal which have been finally completed months ago. The only two accolades which will not unlock are the Omega Force Shadow Operative, and the Maco Elite Commander even though the accolades that are needed to unlock them have been completed with a check mark next to them. As you can see by these pictures which have been sent also at the date shown to Cryptic's support team is going on almost a year ago for me with no fix as of yet.
Same issue. I've got both KHG Elite and KHG Commander accolades, but not KHG Elite Commander.
I did Complete one of these before s7 and 1 after however.
And on a side note, a friend of mine has unlocked all 4 costume options, after the reputation system was implemented, yet still doesn't actually have the Be'ves variant of the KHG costume.
same here, completed all elite optional, costume unlocks ready at reputation, but accolade not completed, i cant use the maco 1-2 outfit, only i can use is the adapted maco outfit.

I have this problem - for the "M.A.C.O. Elite Commander" accolade, as well. The weird part is that it is only one of my toons (Lissan@nuwok). I have 2 other toons which completed the accolades correctly; and since then, I have gotten the costumes unlocked on those 2 toons.
On the toon with the problem, I tried selling the Mk XII ground set to a vendor and buying it back. While I did hear the "accolade sound" when I bought the items back, no accolade triggered.
I submitted a support ticket and their official response was that this was a bug. Please fix this.
