Reman Reinforcements don't have EVA suits

Now, I find this hilarious- in fact, the only reason I did the project for Reman reinforcements was to see if they had EVA suits or not- but I guess it's a bug and I feel duty-bound to report it.

The Remans don't have EVA suits. I suspect the Romulans also lack protective equipment, but I did not run that project to test it.

So if you've ever wanted to see a Reman burn to death- and I know I have- now is your chance.
