Steam Starter Pack on Sale again for $12.49 -- 17 hours left.

As the subject says, I just noticed that the Steam Starter Pack is on Sale again...

This time it is 50% off at $12.49, and there are only 17 hours left on the sale.

I am curious... I already own the Pack for myself, but would it be possible to buy it a second time for another STO Account that I have access too?

    lil late on the post. but yes and no. steam will show you already bought it, and locks it out, unless you gift it.

    you would have to set up a new steam account and buy it.

    If you plan on buying the Steam promo of the STO Starter Pack, to use as a second account. I suggest you create another steam account and purchase it that way or gift it to that 2nd account/email. The first Steam account will already have STO as a registered game added.
