Problems Epohh Tagging

I made an Epohh run with a group of four people, all but one, have had the same issue. The timer didn't start but we could tagging eppohs, but how the timer didn't start then we were unable to deliver the mission and also were unable to drop the mission.

I talked with more people in the STO chat, and I know that more people have the same issue. I created and Issue in the gameplay bugs, but no answer had given to me.

Someone have the same problem? Any ideas how to proceed?
