While in main ship I have access to shuttle boff abilities

See the below screenshot. My Odyssey sci boff has completely different skills to my delta flyer sci boff. The delta flyer boff abilities show in my "available skills" dialog while I am in the Odyssey. I am able to put them on my panel and execute them while flying my Odyssey ship (confirmed by using Gravity Well). This issue also applies to my tac shuttle boff.
