Embassy ground requisition console bugged

We've progressed recruitment on the embassy to tier1 and upgraded it and having some recruitment provisions available as well, according to the status page we should be able to requisition personal ground kit variants mk X - but thats not happening.

When clicking the Requisition Ground Equipment console a window opens saying "What do you need?" only answer option: "Exit", the "Store" option is missing there.

    Same thing here. We've just upgraded embassy recruitment facility to tier 1 and there is no "Store" button on the Requisition Ground Equipment console. All of the other things (BOFFs, DOFFs and assignment slots) are available.
