Able to access any Boff power (space)

... regardless of whether or not the BOff is actually assigned to any station.

So as long as the BOff is in the roster and has the skill, you can assigned it to your powers tray and use it.

I've got this to the point where I have no BOffs assigned and still can access all powers.

It's like my ship has as many Commander Universal Stations as I have BOffs. Triple Aux2SIF3, multiple APO3s or really, APO3 + CRF3 at the same time.


Filed a ticket but any idea on how to fix this permanently?

    I can confirm this. It's now like i have 5 commander boffs on my ship. Even after i reselected ship and boffs i have access to any power in space.
