    With the way the patch is going for me, I doubt I'll be doing anything at all today.

    Kind of surprised that there's no change to the webiste itself to announce Season 7. The Devs are being very low key this time around for some reason.

    How fast people forget season 6 the same thing happend in fact season 6 we did not even know till that day when it was coming out. And the site did not update till some time after that.

    Please tell me there are other people who's patching is running slowly. I started patching nearly 5 minutes ago and it's not even made it to 1% of 1003mb yet. This game crashed me out 1 hour before the maintenance and then we have a 4 hour maintenance and the patching looks set to take a good 8 hours if i'm lucky.

    Ny1 else having problems with the patching. Man its going so slow. Its kinda ridiculous.

    I spoke too soon. Just after sending my last post the patching crashed. I seem to be experiencing de ja vu from the last 2 seasons of patching

    The Patching just stopped & then restarted from begining again> This is an absolute joke.Its done around 20 Mb in last 15 minutes. My god. What the Hell.

    Well at least its got another 75 Mb done. Wow. Quickest its done a big amount since starting. Hope it don't crash again & speeds up soon.

    My guess would be (and this is not knowing too much about computers) that everyone trying to patch the game at the same time is causing a drag on the network. Surely Cryptic/PWE can come up with a better system than this for patching new releases.

    My question is what is the point of these sectioned download/patches performed up to 2 weeks before the new season release if on the day of the release it's still downloading upwards to 2448+ MB?

    It seemed to be a good idea for the last season, but that season and this one, I continue to notice exorbitant patch sizes on the day of the new season...

    In fact, it seems to really defeat the purpose. :(

    My patching seems to have reset itself. I stepped away with 15% done and I come back 5 minutes later to be at 1% again. Another consecutive patch?

    patching slower than old dial-up speeds and stops and reconnects every 10 minutes or so. will take a week to patch at this rate. hard to imagine a top tier IP like star trek cant even manage to have real servers to deliver patches. pathetic.

    Small change in the MACO space set, depending on your skill, max Warp speed has been dropped down a few points.

    Rank of Driver's Coil at 7, before was Warp 20, now Warp 19.03

    I only got 18.47 with the Mark XII engine and nine points in Driver Coil. How'd you get 20?

    I'm pretty sure getting a patch uploaded on the website (probably would crash the website) as well as it set up an EXE in a Torrent to patch up would be faster than this.

    But that probably makes too much sense.

    My god this patch mite finally be done b4 my birthday next month. At this rate of patching I'll finally get to play it then. LOL. So SLOW. It almost like its broken.
