Cutting the Cord - Ups & Downs can lock up

If you defeat Hakeev and his guards outside of the mission objective circle - Obisek and his reinforcements won't spawn and you'll be stuck with a Hakeev that will sit at 0 HP forever and prevent the mission from advancing.

So ...

Make sure you don't beat him outside of that specific area or you'll either need to wait for support or reset and try again ... less ... efficiently.

THANK YOU for this explanation. Geez, I've beaten him three times this afternoon, all for him to sit there at 0 health and look dumb :mad: two times drawing him north down the alley, and once with me ducking among the rubble. The mission objective circle has got to be tiny.
