Lost everything! :'(

Hi,

I had not played since a few days since there were login problems some time back.

Now, today I try to login and it says Invalid username and password.

My username in launcher has always been krusadr0212 but I also knew that I had registered with username Krusadr, so I tried that username and password.

It worked and told me to link my Cryptic Account, where I put my old username krusadr0212 and password, but to no avail... it told me invalid username and password.

So, I clicked on NO to the question "Do you have a Cryptic account?".

But when I get into the game, I am faced with a character creation screen??!!

I have been playing slowly and steadily, but now I have to start again??!!

Please, please, please try to recover my data!!

    Might be a 'duh' question, but you HAVE tried a password recovery on krusadr0212, right?
