Can't get onto client

It was working last night, but this morning I could no longer get onto the client. My computer settings didn't change. I don't think is a problem with the client since the forums are active. I even having trouble to get onto the website or the forums. It took going through the perfect world website. I couldn't get onto www.startrekonlione.com or even cryptic. So what's going on?
