Under the Cover of Night bugged again!

OK, so I was doing Under the Cover of Night (the first real mission in The Romulan Mystery.) I got done doing the stuff on the planet's surface, beamed back up to my ship and beat the Romulan ships. I ended the mission and went to sector space and it acted like I hadn't done the planet surface part yet. I had to redo that and beat the Romulan ships again. Granted, it's by no means hard, but I shouldn't have to redo part of a mission I already completed.

This is an old bug that I thought was fixed months ago. Why is it back? Patches are supposed to fix new bugs, not bring old ones back. :mad:

    It's hard to say why. I've developed the habit of always turning in missions immediately, often before actually leaving the mission.

    I do that a lot too. I was going to do that, but it said I hadn't done the planet part yet even before I left the system. I was hoping it would show the mission as complete if I warped out, but it didn't.

    on the ground, wait for combat to end before engaging the boss. Then defeat the boss, should show the mission complete and next stage is space. If you engage the boss while still in combat from previous battle it will not advance.
