What lies beneath still bugged

The What Lies Beneath mission is still bugged to some extent. My Klingon character has completed the mission in the maintenance levels twice, each time returning to the bar on Drozana and should then go to Granalda station to report, but the mission disappears from my mission board... Is anyone else having this problem?

I always turn in missions for the reward as soon as possible now. Why? this....^
