fed ship bug

I have both the C store Akiras. I go to the shipyeard on ESD, DS9, ECT to mod my ship but wen i use the Armitage neacells ut wen i go to pay ec 4 it , it whonts me to pay zen 4 it ,it then tells me that i alratty have that ship. its olney the neacells its buged i can use the est of the parts of the ships. is eny1 eals haveing that issue. and can u fix it
