C-Store ships character only?

Hello, relatively new player (3 weeks) but i'm at the point where i'm looking at getting my first proper VA ship.

Looking through the C-Store, I noticed that the Oddy ships are effectively for your account, but none of the other ships mention this.

Am I safe to assume this means they are character ships? (eg tactical escort refit unlocked just goes to a single character)

    All C-store ships where you spend Zen to purchase are account wide unlocks.

    And it is important to point out that its ships purchased FROM the C-Store.

    Ships acquired from the C-Store Ship modules (Fleet ships) are not included.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
