I have just a couple questions/problems, I hope someone can help me/or at least tell me if I'm the only one.
When fighting with my Klingon character (pve space only) the camera tracks the back of my ship, not my enemies. How can I fix this problem? It really makes it hard to kill the borg when they are passing by me! I did submit a ticket, in game, which leads me to my second problem.
When I submit a ticket through the in game Help and Support button, it gives me a ticket number on screen. But it doesn't register it on the My Tickets portion. This is not the first ticket I have submitted...but the My Tickets portion is blank. So are they not getting the bug report?
