Officer Reports and Path to 2409 is around 2000 Dil, turn over contraband 2000 Dil, takes 10 min per toon, x 4 toons is between 8-16K a day for about 30-40 min. If you want to run dailies, the Deferi ones are another 2000 or so for about 45 min each toon tops. Earning Dil is very easy and at the moment selling Dil for Zen has never been more lucrative. If you are going to question me about the Investigate officer reports I wont answer but believe me you can do it in about 10 sec.
Ummmmmmm are you insane??? that is totally impossible! a 30 min elite STF gives 1k dil and thats the best way i know of
Ok, lemme break this down for you. The investigate Officer reports can be done simply if you can find three very short missions. There's about 1000dil there. The Explore Strange New Worlds dailies can be worth 480 to 1000 Dil depending on your performance. Diplomatic relations missions reguarding the explore missions offer 1000 dil i believe. STF's are worth 480, and if you've got a good group together with High DPS and they know what they are doing, you can rip through any of them in 10 min each. Also, if you're done collecting Mk XII gear from the STF store, you can turn said rare borg salvage, and all borg salvage parts into dilithium in the same store. Some of them are worth 2058 dil a peice.
So you see, in the right combinations it's very easy to gain 8000 dil in a matter of 30min to an hour. If you do that on 4 or more toons, you can have up to 200 or more zen after you're done on the exchange.
And right now the Dilithium Exchange is trading Zen for around 149 to 152 Dilithium per Zen.
does anyone know if they're keeping the nanocell and the tholian set upgrade in the lobi store? those nanocells are really useful on nukara and I'm still trying to find the tholian set rifle.

I hope so, plus I just finished getting my Recluse for my Engineer. I still want to get a Crystal sword for a tac officer. Plus I'm still wanting the ground set for my science officer.
Can't have a honest conversation because of a white knight with power
After the Tholian lock box event ends, do the loot mechanics of the Tholian lock box change? Will you still be able to get Mirror Universe cruisers as rewards from the lock boxes, even after the event ends?
Look for the Grand Nagus's dailies. There's actually a nice little variety of them so you won't get bored doing the same three over and over. I think there are maybe 4-6 basic scenarios with several enemy iterations each. Each one takes maybe five minutes and is typically a couple of simple fights. It's really not hard at all, and if you feel like popping a few Jem'Hadar or Cardassians or whatever it can be satisfying.
I'm sure there are some other Foundry missions like this, but these are the best ones I know of for this purpose. That said, if you're going to do this I would hope you'll try some of the other Foundry missions. Some of them are quite awesome.

That is a hell of a deal.
