Request Assistance (-50% hull abilty)

As so many people are too aware ,when you go down to -50% hull and call in support.... it warps out! you need to be extremely close to the target for it to attack.... which is not all ways the case with big ships you cant tern fast enough to get closer....

Fix this in 2 ways

1 Support attacks every thing in a 15km radius

2 when support ship warps out Without shooting cool down timer cuts to 1m

Or both! ether way will solve this problem (1 would be preferred 2 is just handy)

P.S. Reason why i say this now is because i found my "Fixes and updates" note pad i allways type things down that are bad.
