Tholians Thermionic Torpeodes + Torpedo Spread == No Power Drains

I've been playing with the Thoilian Thermionic Torpedo Launcher for a couple of weeks. And It seems the Thermionic Torpedoes don't have any power drains when used with Torpedo Spread BO abilities. There appears Endine Weapon or Enginer power drains on NPC nor any power drains showing in the Power Window nor any of the popup menu info windows.

    I think this is actually working. I used the spread and it was working fine across multiple enemies. Focusing one, on the other hand, was causing some issues with the proc.
