Rafine dilithium bug

For last 3 days I cant rafine dilithium...etc it say that i hit my 8k limit for this day but i didnt even rafine it , every day the same thing.
How that can even be possible if you dont press rafine button and actualy rafine it by yourself?.
Please help , i make tickets to support but still no answers :(.

    Same here and another my friend in game have same problem. 4 days now when i want refine still same answer you cant you refine 8k today...
