Fleet ships bugged

Hello there

Has anyone else the bug that he have to pay four Fleet ship modules for a ship although you already has the Zen Store version of the ship?

Because I have to pay four modules for the Fleet science retrofit and the Fleet Escort retrofit although I already have the Gladius and the Rhoad Island from the Store a long time. Is this as it should or is this a bug?

    You don't get a discount for owning the Gladius or the Rhode Island. Those are refits.

    The discount is for owning a retrofit.

    One bug I found when getting the Fleet Scourge Destroyer Retrofit is that I cannot make any edits from ship tailor without it trying to make me pay 1500 zen for the Tier 3 Scourge Destroyer (and when I mean any edits to appearance, I mean I can't even change the windows from type 1 to 2).
