Starbase Daily - Inspection - Still Bugged

While sometimes as KDF you get a perfect cadet, this time got a cadet with blunted boot spikes, but when selecting the correction, it will not lock and allow the daily to be completed.

    I can confirm this bug. In my case, he was a short Gorn on the leftmost position if it helps in any way.

    I keep getting the 'perfect cadet' bug ... and occasionally one of the cadets will be a targ ...

    I've also got this bug almost everytime I do the Bekk inspection.
