It varies, but it can take much longer than 7 days, and depends on the problem really. Response time for connectivity issues I have had took just under 2 weeks, and about 4 weeks to resolve (was incorrect regional IP block to a group of players with a supporting forum thread).
Generic bug reports via the ticket system won't receive responses at all. I understand there is not enough staff to personally address each ticket as they receive thousands a day.
how long does it take for you people to address in game tickets for crying out loud.. mine's at 7 days now
They can correct me if I'm wrong, but it's my understanding that CS handles all of Perfect World's games. So it might take a while for non-emergency stuff to get handled. My last ticket took about 5 days to get 'resolved', and that was for a mission in progress.
