Costume Rename Glitch?

I've had an issue renaming the costumes on my Ferasan character since a little after they were added to the game. I've checked with one of my friends, but he doesn't have this same issue on his characters, and I do not have this issue on any of my other characters.

I submitted a ticket for it a few months ago, but I did not get a response nor do I still have the ticket number.
