Veteran Status Bug

I've been subscribed for over 540 days,, currently a Gold Member:(. It shows in game 400 day status. I have in game the perks for 500 though

?FREE Extra Ship Slot
?FREE Exclusive Costume Piece (Federation): "Jupiter" Uniform Variant
?FREE Exclusive Costume Piece (KDF): Shoulder Cape

    Happens from time to time. Best bet would be to open up a support ticket and ask abotu it. Please be sure to give specifics and details like dates and all that.

    Are you talking about the 400 day buff icon that appears under your characters health/shields and portrait?

    If you are the reason you see 400 day veteran is because it offers a passive +5% skill points bonus whereas 500 and 600 veteran has no passive bonus which is why they don't have a buff icon.
