Game Crash while moving abilities

I noticed that the client shut down after I was moving some abilities around whilst queued for some Fleet events. It happened again after I tried doing purposfully again. The incidents happened on August 8, 2012 at 12:01 AM EST.

To recreate:
1. Queue for any number of the Fleet Events (it shouldn't matter how many).
2. When the Engage window pops up, click engage.
3. While waiting for the timer (either waiting for player or game start timer) start moving abilities around in your power tray (either space or ground).
4. If you are still holding down the right button to move an ability the game should close completely with no warnings.

I haven't even receieved the crash window to explain what I was doing as of late. Has this feature been removed now?
