You actually used your real email address? Your going to get hit with a ton of spam. As for the offers themselves I've only done the Netflix one. I got the zen.......one month later.
You may have it sitting in your wallet and just have to put it into the STO game.
So, go to your Wallet, look at your purchase history, and you may have a lot of little +'s there. Now, you have to Transfer Your Zen, and click STO >Holodeck>Zen amount, and it'll show up.
It's a multi step process I was lost at first too...
Hi. Apparently I'm new here and joined in Jun 2012. Guess I'm in good company though... seems everyone else joined then too!

I did check my wallet and nothing. I fact I just rechecked and surprise ...... nothing. As for my email I'm using gmail so anything I don't recognize get send in spam and I usually never hear from it again.
What I'd like is from someone from Perfect World or Cryptic or whatever to answer this post and give me some answers, and all of you at the same time.
Jamal : Tactical space specialist. USS Bug Warrior and many others
E'Mc2 : Science Reman torp T'Varo, deadly annoyance :P
Kunmal: Tactical fed Klingon, ground specialist, USS Kanewaga
Ka -tet Tier 5 fleet fully completed Starbase and fleet property
AS an example, I joined MegaCloud, I have the confirmation email in my mailbox that I'm now a member of MegaCloud but I have not received a single ZEN for that.
Looks to me like PeanutLab just want to farm email adress for spam and targeted advertising. Someone who's in power to answer please do.

Some will 'advertise just fill out a survey', but then send you to another site to get a 'free* gift card' free means buying $20 in magazines.
I would just skip anything other than watch a movie for 3 zen. (you don't even have to watch it just press play and come back in two minutes and press 'skip step'.
My Romulan Liberated Borg character made it to Level 30 and beat the (old) Defense of New Romulus with the skill point bug.
One of my Fleet mates did one of these and while there he checked the code in the survey. he actually found a bit of coding that will everytime deny zen while getting as much info from you as possible. They have actually written the code to stop you from getting it.
From me to you. Dont do the surveys they are scams.
looking at the videos seems to work, even though its only 1 or 2 zen a video, so far, so good, and you don't have to put in any details. The zen goes into my perfect world account right away so far.
It seems to have allowed me to get only 14 zen so far, now it says no videos available, I'm guessing that's as much is allowed either an hour by video or by day. It's my first time trying these things so I don't know.
well it seems that on the second day, (today), the website only aloud me 2 videos of 1 zen each. I won't be doing any surveys or such, from what I've seen other's comment about.
But I think star trek online had a fair trade idea, which I wasn't aware of until just yesterday thanks to this link:
The company supporting Europe (sponsorpay, a German company based in Berlin, rather than peanut labs) seems to have a some questionable history.
In the communities of pretty much every game (e.g. need for speed, forge of empires etc...) they have supported, there seem to be the same problems people are having over here. Not paying out, no response from their support etc...
when typing in sponsorpay in my search engine, the auto-complete suggested "sponsorpay kritik", "sponsorpay betrug", "sponsorpay abzocke".
Also you really have to pay attention to the small print in some of the offers. Especially the Nielsen panel seems to collect some questionable Data about you, including your political and religious orientation, sex life, union membership, e-mail headers etc...
After checking the support site it seems there were about 7-8 surveys they hadn't paid up for, yet. I filled out the corresponding support tickets, and I hope they'll pay up. If not, I will contact my local consumer assistance office.

I think that's more than fair enough, it just means that I gotta work very hard to get lots of crystals to trade them at the exchange for zen.
