Two Bugs

Bug #1: Back in September to December of 2011, I participated in the F2P Beta testing on the Tribble server. I took a Federation character up to level 51 and I'm entitled to my rewards from the C (or is it Z?) Store for doing so. I've never had a problem with this until today. I decided to start a new character and I (as usual) went to claim my stuff from the store. I was able to claim my Radon Tribble but, when I went to claim the Level 51 reward, which was listed as "Available," it told me "Inventory Full." This doesn't make sense for two reasons. First, my inventory was definitely not full, it was empty. Second, nothing in that reward goes into the inventory, it's just an extra ship slot and the "Dimensional Hero" title for my character. I've claimed this reward many times in the past with no difficulties, this is the first time it's been an issue. I would like this to be fixed so that I can claim the reward I earned.

Bug #2: I'm (obviously) an experienced player, so I don't need the help popups. I'm happy to see that there's now an option to have these not be displayed. However, this feature is bugged. The help boxes still pop up but with no text inside them. Since I stopped reading these long ago, the whole point of me attempting to disable this feature was so that I don't have to keep closing those boxes. So, please make it so that the boxes no longer appear as they are aggravating and unnecessary if you don't need the help tips.

I submitted in-game bug reports for both of these issues. But, unlike a lot of other online games, you get absolutely no response to in-game bug reports from Cryptic, so it's hard to say if they even get read. I don't know if there's a way to check on them because I don't typically encounter problems that require me to submit a report.
