Devs: Is anyone else losing Doffs?

I've lost a bunch of the special reward Doffs... exocomps and at least one of the clones you get on friday the thirteenth. It is probably season six related, but the missing clone doff happened this last weekend. I haven't traded or dismissed any of them. Sometimes I even have a white checked mission progress marker in the completed missions section of the journal. But I can't find the officer I turn it in to at Starfleet academy and believe he's been removed.

I haven't done much with the doff system, and I may not have even collected the doffs on one or two of my toons, but I have been looking to get more involved with the doff system recently. I need those Doffs, as they and a few of the tribble test ones are the only good doffs I have. Where did they go? Is there any way to get them back?
