Can't create an in-game ticket

Hi there. This is in regards to the problem mentioned in this post: http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=319971

I have missing functionality in game, I can not submit an in-game ticket. The UI is not responsive, I can type into the UI but I cannot search or get to the point where I can actually submit a ticket. It is not possible for me to submit a ticket in-game. I have tried the website, but I get the "The page isn't redirecting properly. The server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete." error message.

How can I get some official support for my issue? What means of recourse do I have to submit my information and try to get a fix? Thanks!

    Given the level of "service" that is daily evidenced, you're not missing a whole lot as this feature is useless.
