Exchange is completely useless now!!! COMPLETELY USELESS. I'm getting tired of waiting for a crucial part of a game being completely ignored. Fix it, I don't mean just fix one problem with it. FIX THEM ALL.

FIX the accolades

FIX the story bugs

Fix fix fix. Stop making lolboxes for cash, and spend some of that time on the game, before this lemon gets more sour. -.-'

    Sorry but I'm so tired of writing this.

    The issue with the exchange is a very well known and old bug that;s been with us for at least 5 or 6 months. You have to select the rarity as well as the category to get the most recent listing of what you;re looking for. Three days ago I earned 189m on the exchange and have not had any issue. From talking with other traders, they are reporting little problems outside of people ranting about the exchange not working and refusing to admit that there is actually a work around.

    A two second search of the forums for exchange should have shown you a lot of discussion on this topic.

    edit: but yes the bugs suck. it;s even worse with the 2 missions failing due to bugs and not even an acknowledgement in the latest patch notes about the problems.

    No one is saying you can't sell and buy stuff over the exchange. Everyone is saying it is hindering the effectiveness of the exchange GREATLY.

    Just because you can sell something, doesn't mean the exchange is working right, and doesn't mean just because it applies to you, it applies to everyone. There are MANY items on the exchange, and if you use quality settings/different settings etc. You'll notice price fixing issues as well as items not showing up on exchange regardless of what setting you select.

    and I don't see the purpose of your post except "tolerate the bug or don't post at all"

    edit: Never mind. I've already explained this dozens of times today and I have yet to see a single person not be able to buy something after having the workaround explained to them.

    Try to be helpful and help each other out when they're stuck with an issue and you get crud like this.

    While you may be trying to help, it doesn't help everyone. Yes you've managed to help people in certain situations but it doesn't cover all situations. I think if you took the time to read my post, you'd of noticed that I clearly commented on the quality thing.

    Forget it. The Exchange Jockey can't seem to grok that not everyone spends their entire play time on the damned thing and doesn't know that you have to "workaround" the bugs. Nor do they use the forums on a regular basis so they may be blessed with his knowledge.

    That no one noticed the level of bugginess it until last week is just a coincidence.

    My only answer is...

    The issue fixers ARE working on these issues, by order of priority (what that is though, we don't know).

    The rest of the devs don't know how to fix issues, because it's not their field. If they attempted to help, they'd only make things worse.

    All we can do now, is be patient. Demanding they fix bugs faster than they're trying to do is not gonna help much.

    Been playing STO since Open Beta, and have never regarded anything as worse than 'meh', if only due to personal standards.

    They seem to find plenty of spare time to add new lockboxes and change lockbox descriptions...

    MEANWHILE: Camera changes to free by itself every 30 seconds, and the exchange doesnt work.

    Nice prioritization there...

    Only sold a handful of items since season 6 went live...
    Please fix this asap :(

    Completely agree with the OP. There are currently huge amounts of bugs in the game - a lot of which have been mentioned numerous times while S6 was still on Tribble - but it seems lockboxes have priority over providing a playable and enjoyable game.

    There were a few issues before season 6 hit holodeck, but a lot of those issues were minor discomfort issues.

    Well, then try searching for one of the new Tholian Ground Warfare Doffs for example. They don't have a category of their own and a name search in "all categories" will turn up nothing. Yes, it was broken before, but nowhere near as bad as it is now. Even when doing the workaround, there are still Items listed which have sold hours ago.

    Lags in the doffing system, invisible Boffs, invisible Ships in STFs, screwed up camera angles, map zoom changing, "lags" in the exchange, a broken search function, broken klingon lore terminals, mobs stuck inside of walls, ship costumes purchased for c-points have disappeared, broken cloaks, huge problems with HUD settings, etc...

    Ever since season 6, this game is nothing more than a Beta-Version. But hey...at least we have lockboxes. :/

    i'd like devs to acknowledge bugs more, maybe make a sticky list of current bugs they are aware of, so we can at least see there's something being done, i personally would like the turret-devices fixed so they work, and the transphasic cluster torp' fixed so that works too

    i DO however have sympathy for those dev's working on bugs, as there seems to be a lot at the mo'
