Phased Tetryon DHCs can't be equipped on Armitage

When you guys made the Phased Tetryon DHCs, you guys forgot to add "Escort Carrier" to the list of ships allowed to use it.
If we can use all DHCs with exception of these brand new ones, I'm guessing you forgot to add it to the allowed list when making these new items.
Please fix it!
