Lifetime c store rewards

Hey, i just got my lifetime and have tried to claim my free bits in the c store, but it says my inventory is full, buts not full, Please help me I want my career officer title and the captains table starbase.

    i am a life time member. i see if i cant help you.

    first make shore you have slots open in the inventory. i go to the bank and move some stuff to the bankl to make shore you have a empty sloots. some time a items may be in the slots and not show there in a slot.

    If you just purchased the lifetime, it may take a little bit of time before it takes effect, or it maybe a glitch. I would wait a little bit. I remember when I first got my lifetime, I think it took a moment before my account status recognized that I'm now a lifetime subscriber.

    What are you trying to claim? If it's a ship, make sure you have a ship berth free.

    I am also getting this error on my account. I have had a lifetime subscription forever now. It effects trying to unlock any titles from the Z Store on old or new characters.

    I am having the same problem. I put in a ticket for it, so hopefully it will be fixed in a few days

    I'm not a lifetimer but I tried to claim the "Ambassador" and "Special Envoy" (legacy?) titles from the C-store and it gives me the same message: inventory full. And, of course, my inventory is not at all full.

    New Lifetimer of 55 days and 7 of 13 characters only (4 Fed,and 3 KDF) can access the Captain's Table to date.
    Must be a glitch of some sort as one of the newest Fed toons CAN get in, yet characters I made a few months back still cannot. Putting a ticket in also, after finding this thread and trying everything people suggested.

    Anything with a title attached cannot currently be claimed from the C-Store. It just gives the "inventory full" error, regardless of whether or not your inventory is actually full.

    I've had a lifetime sub for about a year and half now. I've made two new characters within the past week and this is the first time that I've been unable to claim the Classified Access Codes (though I'm well past 400 days for the Captain's Table) or the three titles: Ambassador, Career Officer, and Special Envoy.

    I have, like most of you, filed a bug report about this problem and have had no response it.

    i had this probel a good while ago kept saying inventory full the server was abit iffy so i loged out and tryed again and after a min or so it worked
