ZEN and linking accounts not working

I had my STO persons sense jan 28 2010. i've been a life time subscriber for the Borg sense it came out. i bought a lot of ships. witch cryptic stole from me and game me free repec points. told me i can't own ships i don't have a level for. this is what i think of THAT *******. steal my money. NOW I CAN't LINK MY ACCOUNTS TO GET ZEN. this my be a good thing. i now. but i need to have options. fix your problems. my account exists. i play every day.

    Same problem, mailing with PWE support team from more than two weeks, all help I can get from them is: "Log on web using your PWE account." I start thinking that their employees are trained monkeys rather than intelligent people.

    Missing Features, Website Features not working, and who knows what else. This is all very frustrating.
