Not All of My Toons Can Contribute to Fleet Projects

I have 7 Fed toons, and only 3 of them are able to contribute to Fleet Projects. For the other 4 the contrib buttons are greyed out.

    Contributing to fleets is limited by fleet rank, and you can see which ranks are authorized by looking in your Fleet Settings tab. Tell your fleet leader to stop being stupid and let you and other junior members give the fleet your stuff.

    Hadn't thought of that. Just recently added them to the Fleet. Their only function previously was to forward their resources and valuables to the 3 Main Toons. Added them to Fleet specifically for Star Bases. I'll have to check those settings when I get out of work today.
