Fed Toon Stuck

Well I've been playing on my klingon since the servers came back up after the first downtime for season 6. Mostly due to the queue being too long to switch toons, however when stuff slowed down I logged on my fed who happened to be in Drozana system. Everytime I try warping out or beaming down ect, I get a "Couldn't transfer character" error. Which seems weird considering how well I can move around on my Klingon toon. I hope this gets fixed, since if my toon is forever stuck I'll be a unhappy camper. lol

Edit: just to add none of the stuck commands worked, in case someone suggests it. :P
