When will we get the Rewards from tribble test weekend?

Also when will the Rewards be available to claim from the ZEN store that were rewarded for playing on tribble during the "tribble test weekend"?
I def meet the reward criteria, I played for well over an hour and also complete all the easy interior & exterior missions on the Tholian ground event. But there wasn't any sort of confirmation to say that i had qualified to get them.
From the dev blog i read that they should be available to claim from the ZEN store with season 6 release, but they wasn't available when i managed to get on for 15 mins straight after the shard maintenance completed. I did check the ZEN store to see if i could get them. Please tell me that there wasn't an issue with qualifying?
