Items missing with Season 6

My account back is empty. I hope is is because of lag, because it contained 2 unopened Doff reinforcement pack bought from the c-store. Also I had many items mailed to me and the mail is empty, nothing to retrieve. I suspect it may be caught up in the account system...somewhere.
