Officer of the Watch Daily

Right is this something im doing wrong or is there something wrong with the mission?
Ive completed the "Officer of the Watch" daily on our starbase, I set what items to request from the 5 freighters. I got the mission complete dialogue and was told to return to the Officer of the watch to complete the mission and get my 5 fleet mark reward. But i return to him and open the dialogue but i cannot complete & claim my reward. I just get the button that says "officer of the watch" - complete, i click it but there is no button to claim my reward and complete today's mission.
What do i do?
